You don't need to pay for a separate Architect and a Town Planner, we do the whole thing. We can arrange for the site survey and any other consultants that may be needed.
Our works include arranging the survey, working out the best concept layout for your project, doing a full set of planning drawings including a site context and landscape plan - often required separately, the written planning report to support the proposal - often required separately by a town planning consultant, submit the application and handle the whole process. We are unique because we can complete most of the application in-house and what we can't do ourselves, we can arrange so you don't have to waste time chasing all various consultants.
Everything from a simple unit subdivision behind an existing house to 200 townhouse developments, we do projects of all sizes. The bigger the better, we love a good challenge!
