Lilydale’s vibrant new community, Kinley, has recorded a sensational sell-out of its third land release. The ‘Hilltop Release’ of 33 land lots sold out in a single weekend in lightening sales blitz that prompted 35 appointment bookings within minutes of the collection’s online launch.

Hilltop Release blocks ranged from 315m2 to 545m2 and will sit at the community’s southern end.

Once complete, Kinley is set to encompass around 3,200 residences and over 8,000 residents across a series of connected neighbourhoods in Melbourne’s east. Open space will be abundant throughout, with a 17 acre activity reserve to provide new sporting ovals, playing courts & associated facilities for the region. Developers have also endeavoured to provide an additional 14 acres of green space throughout the community for residents to enjoy.

Kinley is envisioned to become one of the most spectacular residential opportunities in Melbourne. The development has partnered leading Australian builders to provide and exceptional collection of house and land packages to suit prospective households of all sizes.

The Kinley masterplan includes a proposed village centre with specialty shops, a cafe and open public space, a proposed dedicated Kinley railway station, and a proposed school.

Developed by Intrapac Property, Kinley is the last major parcel of land east of the CBD and will sit within the long-established Lilydale suburb.

The estate itself sits just moments from Lilydale’s thriving town centre, entrenching it in a hive of local amenity. From its renowned Melbourne café scene to its abundant shopping outlets, live music venues and wellness facilities – Lilydale brings every lifestyle addition to your doorstep.

With Chirnside Park, the Lilydale Marketplace, and Eastland all within reach, residents will never be short on shopping options and everyday essentials.

The area sits just far enough from the city to provide convenience coupled with a laid back country atmosphere. Lilydale is rich in parkland and greenery, with its famed Lillydale Lake becoming a beloved natural icon over generations. The lake attracts an estimated 600,000 visitors each year to its walking tracks and sandy shores.

The lake is home to walkers, joggers, picnic-goers and families who relish in the recently upgraded Lillydale Lake playspace - a family-friendly zone with a playground and water play area.

With connectivity at its core, Kinley is located within close proximity to Lilydale Railway station and entry to the Maroondah Highway.

Positioned in Melbourne’s far east, Lilydale has esteemed neighbours including the iconic food and wine havens of the Yarra Valley and Healesville regions.

Education choices are in abundance with several prestigious schools nearby including Oxley Christian College, Lilydale High School and even higher education options at the Box Hill Institute.

“We have integrated the site with neighbouring facilities such as the Box Hill Institute and its local public library,” said Mike Day, Director of Roberts Day – the company leading Kinley’s urban design.

“The path to Lillydale Lake, a popular recreation spot, is also connected with Kinley. So, one day, residents could be walking to these excellent local spots, straight from their front doors."
