Australian Standards. Some of our units have container proportions and strength but we do not build containers! The units are assembled in Australia with Australian living standards in mind. We utilize all materials required for permits to pass Australian Standards.
Built for harsh Australian conditions. Our insulation is included in every package even the flat Packs. Our EPS or MGO (fire proof walls) are sandwich panels with a frame which is cold-rolled steel plate thickness of .42mm. The whole frame is electro-galvanised and painted with 2 layers of rust proof paint.
Certified 6 Star Energy Rating Energy. Efficiency to save on heating and cooling bills. Sandwich panels are used in commercial refrigeration and have an excellent energy rating. The floor is insulated to retain heat and keep the cold out! The roof is also insulated with an excellent thermal conductivity too.
Certified Electrical work ready to go! Lights and power points are based on customer requirements and are all pre wired.. Distribution box has built in current protective switches and automatic fuse. An external (waterproof caravan type) socket is provided for quick plug in.
Cooking no problem! Electrical hotplates and basic kitchenette is pre installed and ready to use. We regularly put in custom kitchens of choice also.
Certified Plumbing all done! All internal plumbing is pre installed and there are 2 fittings at the back of the modular unit to connect to hot and cold water. The toilet and shower plumbing is also pre installed and a toilet outlet pipe is also located at the back of the unit for connection to the sewage, macerator or septic system. The bathrooms are waterproofed to Australian Standards also.
Skids for transportability and footing. The units are assembled on skids for transport and can be placed directly on to the clients slab or pillar footings, depending on soil report on the clients property. Footing blocks are easily set up on good soil types the foundations make your project a breeze compare to large scale building and earthworks.
