Generous and big-hearted trades and suppliers have put the final touches on the 2022 Henley and Villawood Properties’ Charity Auction Home, with all proceeds from the no-reserve auction going to the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal.
More than 150 tradies have donated their labour and resources during the eight-month build, in helping to construct the stunning 7.1-star Vogue 34 by Henley - a 34 square, 4-bedroom, five-living room family home, located at 675 Sacred Drive, Sunbury, on land donated by Villawood, and is part of their beautiful Redstone Estate community.
This year’s Charity House Auction represents Henley’s achievement of three decades building and donating homes, building the 43rd charity home for the Good Friday Appeal to date. It is the 13h year of Villawood generously donating land.
Going under the hammer on Good Friday 15th April will be the beautiful family home also featuring a home theatre and expansive Butler’s Pantry, built on a 448m2 block, as well as the furniture, landscaping, SMEG™ appliances, soft furnishings and decorative pieces. A special addition to the backyard will be specially designed soccer pitch with a netted goal.
The beautifully landscaped Vogue 34 also boasts a gourmet, multi-functional kitchen featuring a 40mm Caesarstone™ benchtop with waterfall edge, Italian-made SMEG™ stainless steel extra-large appliances including microwave and free-standing dishwasher, textured tile splashback with feature window and Innotech soft close drawers and doors for the kitchen.
