Homeshelf is a builder and designs directory allowing the user to search for a home specifically suited to their needs.
What makes homeshelf unique for the USER?
We have provided extensive search filters so the user can find a home design to their exact needs, or at least narrow the search to a few builders in their area. E.g. New French Provincial Style home in Melbourne Metro, 2 storey, 2 car garage, 4 beds, 3 baths with a 18m wide block.
What makes homeshelf unique for the BUILDER?
We are not charging a monthly subscription or design fee, we are encouraging ALL builders to put a free builder listing with as many home designs as they like on our site and nominate the areas they prefer to build in.
How are the BUILDERS home designs put onto the site?
We have an administration area that the builder can access 24/7 directly with their own login & password. In the admin area the builder can edit their contact details displayed on our site, as well as add, edit or remove any of their own home designs at any time. For a small charge, we are happy to load on the builder's home designs individually from the data on their website or they can give us access to a data feed to upload automatically.
Are there any fees for the BUILDER?
It is 100% free for the builder to sign up, load on a profile plus ALL of their home designs. Advertising, priority listings and targeted lead generation are available upon request.
