At Todd Devine Homes, all construction for transportable homes & cabins takes place at our state-of-the art, 7 acre manufacturing facility in Lang Lang Victoria, located 73km south-east of Melbourne.
This site is capable of producing up to 35 homes at a time while enabling strict quality control throughout the entire construction process.All Granny Flats for areas within 50km of Bayswater (VIC) are built on site, as like any traditional build.
Our head office is located in Bayswater, Victoria; a short 34 minute drive from Melbourneâ€™s CBD. Here on site you will find a number of displays available to view between 10am â€“ 4pm, Monday to Saturday.
