The Franklin 25 is a modern classic, which accentuates privacy and relaxed family living. Featuring a separate lounge room for the children and an extensive kitchen opening up to the generous family and dining areas, this plan offers dedicated space for all members of the family.

Highmark Homes is a boutique residential builder which boasts the advantage of being able to provide its clients with the best of both worlds: the benefit of volume prices together the flexibility and personal service that only a smaller organisation can offer.

Both company directors are qualified tradesmen with a combined industry experience of more than 70 years. They are supported by a small team of industry professionals who are expert in their respective fields. From sales and design consultation right through to administration and construction management, Highmark clients can rest easy knowing that you are in good hands and help is only a phone call away.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

At Highmark Homes we have a fundamental belief that every Australian has the right to own their own home. We also acknowledge that a house purchase is possibly the single most significant acquisition in a person’s lifetime.

On this basis we are resolute in

WHAT WE BUILD

We are single storey specialists. This enables us to maintain a standard range of housing that fit on blocks from 8.5 metres wide, and which range from 15 squares up to 32 squares, with a choice of facades that are available at no additional cost.

Notwithstanding this, we understand that house designs will sometimes need to reflect the individuality of its owner. Our in-house design team is readily available to assist clients in tailoring a design to suit their specific requirements.

WHERE WE BUILD

To ensure efficient and effective management of our construction sites we restrict our building activity to the north and west of Melbourne. Whilst this prevents us from accepting work from clients in other regions we find comfort in assuring our clients that our high standards of quality control are met and construction delays are avoided. Moreover we are able to help clients in areas where most builders won’t go without hefty surcharges. For example we will go as far as Kilmore and Kyneton the North, Ballan in the North West and Lara in the South West.

Similarly, different people require different inclusions. We have responded by providing three comprehensive standard specifications for our clients to choose from. After all it’s your home!
